BBQ Slider Bar
People love choices. So why not give them the option to create their own BBQ sliders? Our popular BBQ chicken, the slightly sweet hand-pulled BBQ beef, or the spicy Cuban Pork– Why not offer all three? Round out the meal with pimento cheese and tomatoes (great as a vegetarian option) and serve atop our mini salted brioche rolls for a Southern-style luncheon.
Hearty Pot Pies
As the cooler weather approaches, nothing is heartier and more comforting than a Zingerman’s made a pot pie. Offered all year round through catering, you can get your choice of Chicken, Beef, or Fungi. Order in January and February and you can even get individual pot pies as part of our bag lunches! Serve it with a green salad and some citrus fruit to keep things from getting too heavy, and you’ll have some very happy coworkers.
Spiced Beef Tagine
Do your employees like a little bit of exotic spice? Treat them to our Beef Tagine simmered with Epices de Cru tagine spices and fruit. Slightly sweet and very tender, it’s like pot roasts’ funky foreign cousin. Have vegetarians or non-beef eaters? Try the Lamb Tagine or the Veggie Tagine! Paired with a light Lemon Couscous and a green salad, there’s nothing humdrum about this meal.
Meatballs, Veggie Skewers, and Crab puffs, oh my! Perhaps you’re looking for a less formal lunch.
