Holiday Menu 2023

Zingerman’s Catering introduces a simpler way to holiday. Place your order online or give us a call at 734-663-3400 (we love talking about food!). That’s it. You can check this one off your list.  We offer curbside pickup, or catering’s friendly staff will deliver to your door.

Emma’s Remarkable Party to Go

A selection of our favorites: Two types of savory Italian-style salami with brown mustard, imported olives, aged gouda cheese, soft double-cream Green Hill cheese with slices of Bakehouse baguette, Edward’s salted peanuts, our housemade Marash Feta dip and bagel chips. For a sweet finish we include an assortment of Bakehouse brownies. Add a bottle of red and you are all set.

American cheese takes on new meaning with this selection of cheese showcasing the best American cheesemakers. We take great pride in introducing truly exceptional cheeses handcrafted by cheese artisans in America. Share these wonders with your friends and celebrate a new American cheese tradition. This assortment includes an American gouda, cheddar, blue and a soft cheese, produced right here in the U.S. Served with slices of Bakehouse baguettes.

Our appetizers are easy to unwrap and enjoy!  Hot appetizers arrive with reheat/cooking instructions, or we can do the heating for you so they are ready to enjoy upon arrival. 

Antipasto skewers 

What’s not to like? Hand-pulled mozzarella, two types of salami, artichoke heart and an olive, drizzled with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

Blue Cheese Grapes

We surround a juicy grape with a combination of Faribault blue cheese and Zingerman’s Creamery Cream Cheese, and then roll it in sugared pecans. A lot of flavor in one bite!

Deviled Eggs Four Ways

As beautiful as they are tasty! We offer: Pesto, Traditional, Spanish Paprika or Beet deviled eggs, served in halves and available by the dozen.

Mozzarella Pinwheels 

Hand-pulled mozzarella layered with prosciutto di Parma OR oven-dried tomatoes and pesto. Sliced to create a spiral of flavor.  Please note: this item needs 48 hour notice

Bacon Shrimp Skewers

Florida Keys’ pink shrimp, wrapped in applewood smoked bacon, covered in a housemade tare sauce (a sweet and spicy soy marinade). Come on, shrimp and bacon!

Bacon-Wrapped Blue Cheese Dates

Dates filled with a combination of Faribault blue cheese and Zingerman’s cream cheese. Each date is wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon. *Warning* wildly addictive. 

Lamb Meatballs With Indian Spice

Lightly curried lamb and beef meatballs served with a cucumber and mint yogurt sauce.

Italian Meatballs

A variation on an old family recipe. Made with beef and pork, served in our housemade tomato sauce. Topped with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.


Fresh lump crab, Zingerman’s Creamery cream cheese, red bell pepper, scallion and spices in a bite-sized pastry puff.

Applewood Smoked Spiral Ham

Applewood smoked, honey glazed spiral cut ham, served with whole grain mustard, double cranberry sauce and Bakehouse mini brioche rolls.

Jalapeno Poppers

Half of a fresh jalapeño filled with Zingerman’s Creamery cream cheese and Vermont cheddar and roasted to bubbly perfection.

Fennel PollEN PORK

Free-range Michigan pork shoulder, rubbed with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, fresh herbs, and wild fennel pollen. Served over the Marino family’s amazing organic stone-milled polenta from the Piedmont in Italy. We send along a tossed green salad and Bakehouse bread with Michigan farm butter.

Roasted Salmon with Ginger Glaze

Roasted Atlantic salmon, with a soy ginger glaze, served with lemon couscous and roasted green beans and carrots.

Beef Rib with Polenta

Braised boneless short rib with beef gravy, polenta with Parmigiano Reggiano and thyme. Served with roasted asparagus and lemon vinaigrette and a pear, spiced pecan and blue cheese salad.

MUshroom pot pie

A vegetarian pie with a variety of hen of the woods, shiitakes and blue oyster mushrooms with a little Balinese long pepper tucked into a buttery crust. It features a delicious handmade all-butter crust. It is the perfect pot pie to share with your friends. Comes with fresh green salad and Zingerman’s Bakehouse bread with Michigan Farm Butter.
