Our cheese expert, Sean Hartwig, hand-selects a one of a kind assortment of cheeses gathered from around the world. Each cheese is at its peak in flavor. The basket is accompanied by a description of the cheeses that have been selected for you. Served with Bakehouse French baguettes and crisps.
This beautifully arranged basket has a selection of cheeses from our own award-winning Creamery. These cheeses are made with fresh local milk, hand-ladled and gently pasteurized to protect their delicate flavor. Some of the possibilities include our Creamery’s luscious City Goat; the Manchester, a velvety rich double-cream cow’s milk cheese; the Lincoln Log, a dense and very rich in texture goat’s milk cheese; and the Detroit Street Brick, a goat’s milk cheese studded with green peppercorns. Served with French baguettes and crisps.
Looking for antipasto but wanting it to be pork-free? We’ve got it! We combine slices of Artisan’s Waygu, Felino and Bresola and other all beef salamis. We include roasted asparagus, piquillo peppers, smoked artichokes, and imported olives with our olive tapanade and Bakehouse baguette, making this a delicious way to offer antipasto without the pork.

Add a bit of Creole flair to your next party with this shrimp cocktail straight from the Gulf Coast. Feast on Gulf Coast shrimp boiled in a creole court-bouillon. They are served peeled and chilled with lemon wedges and our housemade horseradish cocktail sauce.
These mini sandwiches have actually drawn applause when served. Choose from our zesty barbequed chicken, cuban pulled pork or hand-pulled BBQ beef brisket. Served with Zingerman’s Bakehouse mini salted brioche rolls. Take a bow, they are that good!

A little spice and a bit of cheese make the perfect bite-sized snack. We take half of a fresh jalapeno, fill it with Zingerman’s Creamery Cream Cheese and Vermont cheddar, then roast it in the oven to bubbly perfection. For a truly addictive bite, try it with bacon!

We turn to our friends at Epices de Cru for a delicious yellow curry that we combine with lamb and beef to create this meatball. We send along a housemade cucumber & mint yogurt sauce, making these a crowd favorite.
We marinate chicken wings in our incredibly popular Piri Piri marinade. These are so good you’ll be hiding them from your friends! Served with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
