We have close relationships with local farmers: whether we’re heading out to a nearby field to hand-pick asparagus or getting our pork from fifth generation Ernst Farm right up the road, we know our farmers so we know our food. We also have very close ties to artisan cheese makers, olive oil producers, and spice hunters from around the globe. Most are small producers, employing methods the family has used for generations. We often travel to their fields and talk about the year’s harvest. We know the family that treks to Morocco to bring us our tagine spices. We say it a lot but you really can taste the difference. If having great food is important for your event, you should call us. We aren’t happy unless you are.
