How to Order
Our Catering staff is here to help you Monday-Friday from 8am to 6pm & Saturday from 9am to 3pm. Whether it’s to place an order, or just ask a few questions, please don’t hesitate to call. We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance, in order to secure your desired delivery time and menu selection. Feel free to call us anytime with questions at 734.663.3400 (you can even leave a message when our catering offices are closed).
Our staff will confirm your order in advance of your event. We’ll email you a copy of your order and invoice.
If you need to cancel your order, please do so 48 hours prior to your event to avoid cancellation charges. We ask for 50% of the cost with less than a 24-hour cancellation notice.
You can pick up at the Deli, 422 Detroit St. It’s open 7am-10pm every day excluding a few holidays.
We offer paper goods at a cost of 50 cents a place setting. Other options such as “bambu”® and plastic ware are available for an additional charge. Serving pieces are provided free of charge.
Did you know we deliver all over southeast Michigan? Zingerman’s is happy to deliver almost anywhere, anytime. Please call us for our current rates. Our delivery hours are: Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm (last window 4:30-5:30) and Sat-Sun 8-3pm (last window 2:30-3).
If you’d like to pay with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express, your charge will be processed prior to pick up or delivery. We also accept business and personal checks. Now taking U of M short codes!
