It’s Time for Summer and Zingerman’s Catering knows how to start the Party!

As the last vestiges of early Spring fade into memory, and the warmth of the sun brings us into Summer, what better way to celebrate the season than with some great appetizers from Zingerman’s Catering!

Our Crowd-Pleasing Festive Skewers
come in five full-flavored varieties:

Marinated chicken with spicy peanut sauce and ginger

Tamari marinated flank steak skewered with portabello mushrooms

Grilled rosemary shrimp and marinated artichoke hearts

Flavorful seasonal vegetables including portabello mushroom, zucchini and red onion

Local Hannewald lamb with Indian Spice mix rub & herb yogurt dip.
