This flank steak has been a huge hit since we started making it. It is marinated overnight in a combination of tamari sauce, sesame oil, fresh ginger and garlic. It is served with grilled portabello mushrooms, buttery mashed potatoes, fresh green salad, and Zingerman's Rustic Italian bread with Michigan Farm butter.
