Plastic Goods

Place Settings are $1.00 per person. We provide heavy-weight, plastic plates and utensils, and Zingerman’s Delicatessen napkins. We provide professional service staff for set up, service and clean up. Service Staff is $125.00 for every 50 people. A gratuity of 18% of the food and beverage total will be added to your invoice.

Other Important Things to Know

There are a couple of things to keep in mind when putting together an event at the Business School. First, for any event at the Business School, the University of Michigan will supply the tables. This
means that it is up to the organization hosting the event to reserve the number of tables necessary.

To confirm the number of tables reserved for your event, please follow the instruction given you by the Office of Career Development.

If we recommend additional tables, please contact the Ross Operations Departments at 734-764-1364 or rossoperations at umich dot edu.

Making your event happen is as easy as 1-2-3! All you need to do is:

1. pick up the phone and give us a ring at 734.663.3400 or get online and send an email to catering at zingermans dot com and tell us what you want;

2. we’ll put it all together in a proposal and e-mail it over to you;

3. once you’ve checked it over, email us back a confirmation (or any changes you have) and you’re done!
