From our friends at Nueske’s in Wisconsin, this applewood smoked and honey glazed bone-in ham is spiral cut and sold heated and ready to serve. Comes with your choice of either whole grain mustard or Michigan cranberry sauce.

Ernst Farms Porchetta
A roulade of the best pork we’ve ever had, rubbed with fennel pollen, marash pepper, sea salt, and fresh lemon zest. It is roasted for over five hours creating a tender, juicy and flavorful meat with a crispy crust. Served with stone ground polenta from the Piedmont in Italy. Comes w/ salad, bread & butter.
