Q: Do you have a guarantee?
A: Yes we do! Our Guarantee: If at any point you’re less than thrilled with any of our food or service we will quickly replace it for you or refund your hard-earned cash.
Q: When should I place my order?
A: We recommend placing your order for food at least 48 hours in advance, in order to secure your desired delivery time and menu selection. Don’t fret. We can put something together when you have unexpected last minute needs with our last minute menu. For events with service contact us asap. Call us at 734.663.3400.
Q: When do I pay for the order?
A: We usually take the payment information when the order is placed. We process the payment on the day of your order.
Q: Do you have an option to receive pre-made sandwiches (as opposed to deli trays)?
A: Yes, we have several different options. Nicole’s Nosh, Bill’s Basic Deli Favorites, our bag lunches, or the Deli Sandwich Basket. Check out our menu here.
Q: Can I get a different salad with my deli tray?
A: Yes, you can. Deli trays come with potato salad and coleslaw and we add or substitute a specialty salad for a slight up-charge. We can guarantee the following specialty salads with a 48 hour notice; Spinach Feta Pasta Salad, Fruit Salad, Pear Walnut Salad and Tossed Green Salad.
Q: Do you have hot food?
A: Yes we do. We have plenty of options like meat & meatless lasagna, brisket with mashed potatoes and gravy, Lex’s roasted chicken and many more delicious items. Check out our menu here.
Q: Do you deliver, and if you do, what is the delivery charge?
A: We deliver anywhere in Michigan for $2 a mile. In Ann Arbor, we have a flat rate of $18.

Q: Do you have pricing per person?
A: Our food comes priced by amounts of 10, 20 and 30 people, corresponding to Small, Medium, and Bigger options. Of course we can adjust the price/amount of food to fit the exact number of people you will be serving.
Q: Do I have to put a deposit down?
A: For large orders that have service staff we require a 10% deposit. For orders with no service staff, we do not require a deposit.
Q: How can I get your menu?
A: Here on our website, or we can fax or mail you our menu. It’s also available at all of the Zingerman’s businesses.
Q: What comes with one of your deli trays?
A: Our deli trays come with everything you need to serve a complete meal, such as condiments (mayo, yellow mustard, brown mustard & Russian dressing), tomatoes, lettuce, bread, coleslaw, potato salad, pickles, olives and serving utensils. If you order our Magic Brownies and Cookie Basket you will receive it for a package price. We offer paper goods at a cost of 50 cents a place setting. Other options such as “bambu”® and plastic ware are available for an additional charge. Serving pieces are provided free of charge.
